MSD supplies an extensive range of seamless and welded line pipe products complete with coatings and accessories for use in onshore, offshore and deepwater pipelines with on-site, ready-for-installation delivery.

 

Our products are suitable for use in the most advanced risers, flowlines and subsea systems. We use sophisticated heat treatment processes, tightly controlled chemical compositions, and precision welding techniques to achieve the optimum balance between strength and fatigue-resistance.

 

Our services, many of which are integrated into the manufacturing process, include material selection and project management, double jointing, internal and external coating, internal blasting, anode pad installation, buckle arrestors and tight dimensional tolerances achieved with internal diameter machining or cold-end sizing.
